Test Project Analysis
1. Judge the force to open the refrigerator door
Shown as below picture (for reference only, the actual is that the axis of rotation of the manipulator is coinciding with the center of the door hinge center), the manipulator grasps the door handle of the refrigerator and open the door at the speed of 1.5N/s, the peak force value should be less than 70N.
Applicable for test sample: refrigerator which with left or right door.
2. Pyrolytic self-cleaning ovens interlocking system and door seals durability test: Open or close the door 5000 times at certain requirements through the manipulator, every 1000 times, the interlocking system works one time.
3. Tumble washing machine / dryer door opening/ close endurance test
Test 1: the door can not open or the interlocking device cut off the power supply when open to 75mm, and when open >75mm, the tumble washing machine / dryer can not start.
Test 2: Supply rated voltage to the test sample, then open /close the door 6000 times.
Applicable for test sample: pyrolytic self-cleaning ovens which with right or left door, Tumble washing machine / dryer.
Note: If the door with self-locking device, before opening the door, should open the door locking device.
